We were hired by York County to undertake a variety of repairs including trim repair, painting, copper flashing repair, EPDM (rubber) roof repair and replacement, brick replacement and repointing, window replacement, granite repair, concrete walkway replacement and radio antenna removal.

We were hired by the town of Limerick to repair all of the existing trim and then paint. We had to replace many of the trim elements with exact replicas that we had milled. All of the stock was milled from Philippine mahogany. When replacing exterior trim elements we usually use back primed mahogany or Spanish cedar.
